Want to cancel your booking? No problem! Just follow these easy steps:
- Log in to your RareWaters account at RareWaters.com.
- Head over to the "Bookings" tab—your adventure hub!
- Look for the small blue dollar sign icon on the right and give it a click.
If a red message pops up, it means no refund this time—sorry! If you do not see the red “This booking will not be refunded!” content than you can expect a refund in 5-7 business days. See screenshot below for what to expect.
