After you book, here’s what to expect:
Booking Review: Your booking request will first need to be reviewed and approved by the landowner. This process can take up to 24 business hours, though we often respond more quickly. Keep in mind that weekends might take a bit longer, as landowners and our team are enjoying some time away from their computers.
Confirmation: Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email from support@rarewaters.com. This email will include details about your booking, including the property, date, and number of anglers. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
Preparation: You’ll also find a "Know Before You Go" section in the confirmation email with tips for your fishing adventure. Take advantage of the local fly shops listed as they will have the most intel on a watershed
Pre-Trip Information: One week before your trip, we’ll send you a map, GPS coordinates, and a vehicle pass. Be sure to download or print these materials in advance.
Enjoy Your Trip: With everything set, you’re ready to enjoy a great day on the water. Remember, it’s your time to relax and have fun—rain or shine!
